Sarytra develops and maintains independent digital council platforms that enable structured collaboration among NGOs and social organizations, serving as neutral infrastructure where registered members independently manage meetings, make collective decisions, publish notices, and coordinate joint initiatives; while Sarytra acts solely as the administrative authority for the council—overseeing membership verification and retaining exclusive discretion to appoint coordinators or executive members—without participating in the council’s internal governance or decision-making processes.
Sarytra council platforms are designed to maximize efficiency, reduce distractions, and streamline collaboration. Key features include:

Initiate and consolidate council updates, notices, and meeting summaries for publication on the platform
Coordinate onboarding of new eligible organizations
Facilitate scheduling and communication related to council meetings and activities
Support coordination of the mandatory annual physical event
Ensure information shared on the platform is accurate, neutral, and non-misleading

Coordinators do not hold governing, regulatory, or financial authority
Coordinators cannot represent the council or Sarytra externally
Coordinators cannot make binding decisions on behalf of members

Coordinator status may be reviewed, reassigned, or concluded based on platform needs or rule compliance.
Each council platform shall have at least one annual meeting conducted once per financial year.
Sarytra shall organize and administer this annual meeting, including logistical coordination.
Any additional meetings or events, if required, may be independently planned, coordinated, and funded by the council through its coordinators, based on member consent.
Except for the annual meeting, Sarytra does not participate in fundraising activities or the execution of council events.
Sarytra may periodically update platform features, policies, or workflows to ensure security, compliance, and long-term sustainability.
The right to modify, suspend, or discontinue a platform remains with Sarytra, with reasonable notice to members where applicable.
All members are required to adhere to the platform terms, conduct guidelines, and usage rules defined by Sarytra.
In cases of misuse or policy violations, Sarytra reserves the right to restrict or remove platform access, with a clear explanation of the breach.
This authority applies solely to platform governance and system integrity and does not extend to council deliberations, decisions, or outcomes.
The Sarytra name, logo, and brand assets must not be used in council communications, materials, or events without prior written approval.
Any reference to Sarytra must follow approved branding and communication guidelines.
Sarytra plans to develop additional regional and thematic council platforms in the future.
Each platform will operate independently while leveraging Sarytra’s technical infrastructure and administrative oversight.
