c) Same-Day Refund Request Exception

Refund requests (if any) must:

  • Be submitted on the same day of payment,

  • Before 11:59 PM IST,

  • Only to our official email ID listed on Sarytra.org.

Requests beyond this time window will not be accepted under any condition.

d) No Guarantees / No Liability

Sarytra works on best-effort consulting and documentation, but we do NOT guarantee approval or success in any department, including but not limited to:

  • 12A, 12AB, 80G approvals

  • NGO/NPO compliance approvals

  • AYUSH-related approvals

  • Hosting provider service continuity

  • Government or regulatory decisions

  • Any third-party system or platform

Approvals may be rejected due to external factors such as:

  • Client’s pending tax filings

  • Regulatory concerns

  • Incomplete documentation

  • Client history or disputes

  • Government policy changes

  • Hosting provider limitations

Sarytra cannot be held responsible for outcomes based on third-party or Government actions.


9. Service Delivery Clause

Sarytra provides:

  • Consultancy

  • Documentation

  • Website development

  • Project planning

  • Guidance

All services are delivered as per standard consulting norms, not based on guaranteed results.

Sarytra is not liable for:

  • Project rejection

  • Delays from clients, government departments, hosting providers, or third parties

  • External technical issues

  • Misuse or modification of documents by clients


10. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall Sarytra be liable for:

  • Any direct or indirect loss

  • Financial loss

  • Reputational damage

  • Rejection of applications

  • Delay or cancellation caused by external parties
